All fees are payable in advance of the appointment via our online booking system.
Additional fees may be taken at the time of your assessment as required.

Payment Methods
Credit/Debit Card: All major credit and debit cards are accepted including American Express. Payments for medical examinations are due upon booking the appointment. You will be prompted to pay via our online booking system.

Please note that payments for additional tests and administrative fees (e.g., ECGs, audiograms, laboratory tests) are due on the day of the appointment. All medical appointments are non-refundable once booked. Non-attendance or cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment will require rebooking and payment for a new appointment. Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the booking time without charge, a maximum of two times within one year.
Non-Payment Policy
Please be aware that non-payment of fees may result in the escalation of the matter, which could include the involvement of debt collection agencies or legal proceedings. To avoid such actions, we kindly request that all fees be settled promptly as per the payment terms outlined above.
